Rituals for Resilience: a three-part practice as a vehicle for self-care, creative expression, and community consciousness. Created in collaboration with Kendra Portier, this practice is designed for all movers. It has been shared in workshop format at the Dance Studies Association conference (Vancouver, BC), American College Dance Association regional conference (Montclair, NJ), The Dance Complex's Reflection, Healing and Movement Series (Cambridge, MA), Motion State Arts (Providence, RI) and Salem State University (Salem, MA).
